Banned since 25th March 2020 in New South Wales, Australia, open homes and on-site auctions will be back from Saturday 9 May 2020, after 45 days of restrictions due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Australia.

During that time, the number of listings on the market fell drastically, the number of properties discounted increased and Sydney’s auction clearance rate hits its lowest level in more than 15 years.

Queensland just re-opened live inspections last week to up to 6 people at the same time.
