Select volume and type of renders that you would like to order.

2. Brief
Upload architectural drawings, schedule of finishes, and sample images of projects, spaces, decor and furniture for reference to the style you desire (optional).

3. Quote
We will provide you with a quote for the project, in which you will be required to pay 50% of the fee if you wish to proceed.

4. Editing
Our team creates a 2D draft using the information you have provided to show the perspective of the model. This typically takes 2-3 working days depending on the project size.

A clay model image is provided to client for review and feedback.

The 3D model is created, which typically takes 5-7 working days depending on the size of the project.

Colour model is provided to client for review and feedback.

8. Completion
The final renders are completed in high-resolution and are available for download via your online dashboard and you will also receive an email notification. You can also keep track of your order on your online dashboard.
Quote
- A price quote is provided for each individual project.
- As a guide our premium renders start from 1,500 USD for residential projects and 2,000 USD for commercial projects.
- A 50% deposit is required to commence the project with the final 50% due upon completion.
- Each render includes two revisions with additional revisions available upon request.
- Turn-around times vary depending on the size of the project, however we can fast-track projects if required (for an additional fee).
